Are you having trouble playing one of our games?

If the game loads and plays but is running slowly or jumping, try this -

*If the game gives you an option, try reducing the quality settings in the game to medium or even low. Some games will require a very fast computer to play well using the high quality setting.

* If you are playing in full screen mode when you are having a problem try reducing the window size to normal. The smaller the window size the less computer power the game will require. If you have a slower computer you may need to forget about full-screen mode altogether and just use the smaller screen settings.

If for some reason the game is not working at all try the following -

* First click anywhere on the game window, sometimes the game may refuse to recognize your keystrokes until you click on it with the mouse first.

* Make sure that you have the latest version of Flash Player installed from
http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer.

* Finally try clearing out your browser cache and then return to the game you were playing and then try clicking on the refresh button.
